Who can join
Membership is open to teachers and education support staff working in:
- Government primary and secondary schools
- Private schools registered with the Ministry of Education
- Grant-aided schools
- Community schools
- Any registered education institution in any of the ten provinces
What membership gets you

A NUPPEZ officer stands with you in disciplinary hearings, wrongful termination cases and labour disputes, in government and private schools alike.

We take your pay, allowances and benefits to the bargaining table with government, and we report back on what happened.

How to join
- Fill in the form below, or call at your nearest NUPPEZ provincial office.
- Send a copy of your Teaching Council of Zambia practising licence and your appointment letter.
- Complete the payroll deduction form, or set up a standing order with your bank.
- Collect your membership card and welcome pack at your provincial office.
